Desi pizza recipe

Ingredients:

·1 cup chicken or mince meat
·1 tablespoon oil
·2 tomatoes chopped
·1/2 cup chopped green onions
·1 green chili chopped
·1/2 bunch fresh coriander chopped
·2 boiled eggs sliced or crumbled
·1 table spoon ginger chopped
·2 boiled eggs sliced or crumbled
·1/2 cup sliced olives
·1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
·salt to taste
·1/2 cup white button mushrooms sliced
·1 cup shredded chedder cheese
·readymade pizza base

Preparation:

Sauté meat in oil till tender. Add the rest of ingredients minus cheese. Stir-fry for a few minutes only. Top the pizza with this mixture. Top with cheese. Bake till cheese melts and base is done say 20 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.

California pizza recipe

California Pizza Recipe
Make at home with easy and simple recipe


Dough:

1 cup lukewarm water
3 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 teaspoon sugar
2 packages yeast
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

Pesto:

2 cups fresh basil leaves
1 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons pine nuts
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 onion, thinly sliced
1 sweet red pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
1 green peppers, seeded and sliced into strips
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 pound garlic and fennel sausage or sweet Italian sausage
3 ounces goat cheese
10 ounces Mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons cornmeal

Prepare dough: Dissolve yeast in water and set aside. Mix
flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Make a "well" in the
center, pour in yeast solution and olive oil. Blend in the
flour using a fork, working towards the outside of teh well.
As dough becomes stiff, incorporate remaining flour by
hand. Gather into a ball and knead eight to ten minutes
on a floured board. Place in an oil-coated bowl, cover with
a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until
doubled in size, approximately two hours.

Prepare pesto sauce using a blender or food processor.
Combine all ingredients exceptp cheese. Process but do not
create a puree. Stir in cheese. Set side.

Saute onions and peppers in one tablespoon olive oil and
water in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir frequently
until peppers are soft. Drain and set aside. Brown sausage,
breaking into pieces as it cooks. Drain off excess fat. Chop
coarsely and set aside.

Preheat overn to 375 degrees. Spread remaining olive oil
evently over a 12--inch pizza pan. Sprinkle with cornmeal.
Punch down pizza dough, flatten lightly with a rolling pin,
turn and flatten with fingers. Place dough in pan
and spread to edges with finertips. Bake five minutes.
Spread pesto sauce over dough. Crumble goat cheese evenly
over pesto. Add onions and peppers, sausage, and cheeses.

Bake 10 minutes or until crust is slightly brown and
cheese is bubbly..

Pizza Sauce

1 6-oz. can tomato paste
2 tsp. anise seeds, freshly ground
2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Italian seasonings
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Grind the anise seeds. Mix it all together. Spread on the dough. Top with veggies.

Salad Pizza recipe

Salad Pizza recipe
Make salad pizza with this easy recipe
1 4 oz. fully baked pizza crust (such as Boboli)
1 1/2 C. chopped tomato
1/2 C. sliced mushrooms
1/4 C. diced red onion
2 oz. sliced pepperoni
2 -3 C. baby greens or lettuce (chopped if using lettuce)
1 C. diced mozzarella cheese
1/2 C. bottled Italian dressing
1/2 C. basil thinly sliced
Cut pizza crust in cubes. Add the basil, tomatoes and pizza cubes to a bowl. Add 1/4 C. of the dressing, let stand 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the salad ingredients and the rest of the dressing. Toss and serve.
Serves 2 - 3.

Italian Beef Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

2 to 3 peeled garlic cloves
1 tbl. whole fennel seed
1 tbl. dried oregano
sliced deli roast beef
hot red pepper flakes
2 (about 14 oz. each)

Preparation:

Put the first 4 ingredients in a tea infuser ball; add to soup
and simmer at least 15 minutes. Add beef and simmer until hot. It's
best if you let it cook until the beef starts to fall apart a
little. You can freeze and reuse any leftover broth.
If you don't have a tea infuser you can put the seasonings
directly into the broth, but strain it before you add the beef.

Cheesy Sloppy Joe Pizza Recipe

CHEESY SLOPPY JOE PIZZA RECIPE

Ingredients:

3/4 lb Lean ground beef
3/4 c Spicy spaghetti sauce
1 10-inch pizza crust, prebaked, round
1/2 c Green onions, chopped
1 c Monterey Jack, shredded

Preparation:
  • In large skillet, heat 1 ts vegetable oil over medium heat; add beef and cook, breaking up
    meat with back of spoon, for 4-5 minutes or until meat meat is no longer pink. Drain off fat.Stir in spaghetti sauce, 1/2 ts salt and 1/4 ts pepper.
  • Place pizza crust on baking sheet; spread sauce over crust. Sprinkle with green onions;scatter shredded cheese over top. Bake in 375F 200C oven for 20-25 minutes or untilcheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Vegetables may be added to the sauce. Corn is colourful. Asiago cheese may be used in.
  • Serve with a crisp, fresh lettuce and cruncy cucumber salad tossed with Ranch dressing.

BBQ Chicken Pizza Recipe

MAKE EASY BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA

BBQ Chicken Pieces
2 Tbs. favorite BBQ sauce
1 Tbs. olive oil
10 oz. boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4 inch cubes

For the Pizza:

1 recipe Thin Crust Dough
1/2 cup favorite BBQ sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbs. chopped fresh chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 small red onion, sliced into 1/8-inch pieces
2 Tbs. shredded smoked Gouda cheese
Cornmeal, semolina, or flour for handling

To make BBQ Chicken:

In a large frying pan, cook the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until just cooked, 5 to 6 minutes.Do not overcook. Set aside in the refrigerator until chilled through. Once chilled, coat the chicken with 2Tbs. BBQ sauce; set aside in the refrigerator

To make the pizza:

Place the pizza stone in the center of the oven and preheat to 500 degrees F. for one hour before cookingpizzas.Use a large spoon to spread 1/4 cup BBQ sauce evenly over the surface of the prepared dough within the rim

Sprinkle 1 Tbs. smoked Gouda cheese over the sauce. Cover with 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella. Distribute half the chicken pieces evenly over the cheese. Place approximately 16 to 18 pieces of red onion over the surface. Sprinkle an additional 1/4 cup mozzarella over the top of the pizza. Transfer the pizza to the oven; bake until the crust is crisp and golden and the cheese at the center is bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes.

When the pizza is cooked, remove it from the oven; sprinkle 1 Tbs. cilantro over the hot surface. Slice and serve

Garlic Lover's Pizza Sauce

Garlic Lover's Pizza Sauce


Ingredients:

3 Cloves Garlic; Large, Minced
1/2 Green Pepper; Minced
1/2 c Onion; Minced, 1 Md.
3 tb Olive Oil
1 1/2 c Water
1 ts Parsley; Dried
/2 ts Basil; Dried
6 oz Tomato Paste; 1 Cn
1/2 ts Oregano; Dried
Salt & Pepper; To Taste


Instructions:

Pour the oil into a deep, heavy skilled over medium-high heat. Add the onion and green
pepper then cook and stir for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and continue to cook,
stirring, until the vegetables are tender. Add the water and then stir in the tomato paste.
Sprinkle the sauce with the basil, oregano, and parsley. Lower the heat and let simmer for
about 5 minuts. Add the salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add 2 to 3 dashes of hot
pepper sauce. Let simmer, stirring often, about 30 minutes or until the sauce if very thick.
Makes about 3 Cups of sauce.

This is sufficient sauce for two 12 to 14-inch round pizza or 1 deep dish pizza.

Ingredients:

Prepared pizza crust, unbaked.
olive oil.
12 cup or more of wrinkly black Greek olives, pitted.
sliced tomatoes.
fresh or dried basil leaves.
1/2 c. sliced red onion,
1/3 cup feta cheese,

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place pizza crust on pizza sheet. Brush pizza crust with olive oil.
Cover crust with tomato slices. Sprinkle basil on top. Crumble cheese
cheese over top. Add onion slices. Lastly, put olives on. Bake until
cheese is melted and crust is brown (if using unbaked crust).
Retsina wine goes great with this; Merlot isn't bad either.

Variation: Sprinkle the feta on top of all. mozzarella, shredded.
Also, one can sprinkle a little garlic powder on the tomatoes,
just a little or the subtle flavors will be overwhelmed.

INGREDIENTS:

1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning blend
1/8 tsp. white pepper
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups pizza sauce
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1-1/2 cups flour


PREPARATION:


Cook ground beef and onion in a heavy saucepan over medium heat until beef is browned
and onion is very tender, stirring to break up meat. Drain well and set aside. Lightly
grease 14" round pizza pan and dust with flour.
In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, seasoning blend and pepper and mix well.
Add milk and eggs and stir just until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan, tilting pan as
necessary so batter covers bottom of pan. Sprinkle cooked ground beef, onions,
and drained mushrooms over batter.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until pizza is golden brown. Remove pizza from
oven, drizzle with pizza sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Preheat oven for 10-15
minutes until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted.
