FRUIT PIZZA RECIPE WITH CREAM

1 (20 ounce packacookies )ge refrigerated sliceable sugar
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened Assorted sliced fruit
2 tablespoons cold water
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
DIRECTIONS:
Suggested Fruit Tip: Bananas, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries
raspberries, red or grape halves, pineapple chunks green,
maraschino cherry halves, pears or apples, or mandarin orange segments.

DIRECTIONS:
- 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade, Peach or Apricot PreservesFreeze cookie dough 1 hour.
- Heat oven to 350 F. Slice cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices. Arange cookie slices, slightly overalapping, on foil lined 14 inch pizza pan; press to form crust.
- Bake 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and centre is no longer doughy. Cool. Invert onto serving plate; carefully remove foil. Invert to right side
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in small bowl until well blended.Spread over crust
- Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer. Mix marmalade and water; Refrigerate until serve.
