FRUIT PIZZA RECIPE WITH CREAM

This tasty sugar cookie crust topped with a creamy spread is the base for the sliced fruit toppings of your choice. Try kiwi and mango slices arranged with different colored grapes!"

INGRDIENTS:

1 (20 ounce packacookies )ge refrigerated sliceable sugar
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened Assorted sliced fruit
2 tablespoons cold water
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

DIRECTIONS:
  1. 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade, Peach or Apricot PreservesFreeze cookie dough 1 hour.
  2. Heat oven to 350 F. Slice cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices. Arange cookie slices, slightly overalapping, on foil lined 14 inch pizza pan; press to form crust.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and centre is no longer doughy. Cool. Invert onto serving plate; carefully remove foil. Invert to right side
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in small bowl until well blended.Spread over crust
  5. Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer. Mix marmalade and water; Refrigerate until serve.

Suggested Fruit Tip: Bananas, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries
raspberries, red or grape halves, pineapple chunks green,
maraschino cherry halves, pears or apples, or mandarin orange segments.
